Women Development and Empowerment

The development of civilization is Impossible without women. The role of women in the development of mankind is limitless. The role of women is indispensable to creating a strong, intelligent, educated, and self-reliant generation from the creation of the new generation. In addition, women are equal to men and other social and economic activities. Donations have been made. But this contribution of the male-dominated society has not been properly appreciated. Women are neglected, oppressed, oppressed, and deprived in society today.
In a patriarchal society, women have the freedom to exercise their rights and make decisions. The biggest obstacle to women’s empowerment is religious superstition.
The development and empowerment of women are absolutely necessary for the overall development of Samajatha Rashtra. In the constitution of Bangladesh, the individuality of women, freedom of decision-making, confirmation of the right to participate in all development activities of the state, and the empowerment of women to participate in all types of elections have been mentioned in various articles.

'Karnaphuli Foundation' has been working towards the development of women since its inception. Especially rural women are organized to be self-reliant through poultry farming, sewing, wool weaving, and handcraft training and providing supplies after the training. In addition, they have democratic rights, local and national executive. The importance of participation in elections is made aware. Pasha-Pashitas are given advice on equal upbringing and education of boys and girls.
So far, 20 women have been provided with 20 sewing machines, 8 people with 16 goats, and 5 people with 5 cows.

The climate and weather are balanced in Jair. The plantation is important in increasing productivity by supporting agriculture through regular rainfall and protecting land from river erosion.
While 25% of the total area of a country needs trees, our country has only 16% of the total area of trees, which is very disappointing. In response to the situation, every year, government and private initiatives are taken to plant trees.
In the current situation, only non-governmental initiatives are enough to overcome the situation, personally, He will be aware of us and hold meetings about the importance of tree planting with the people of various union villages in the district by planting trees in the backyards and open spaces of our homes and by planting various fruits, forests, and herbs in the open spaces of the road, fallow fields and hilly lands. Education finance refers to the management and allocation of financial resources to support educational institutions, programs, and initiatives. It includes financing processes, strategies, and policies to ensure the availability of adequate resources for quality education.

The Honorable Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Government has taken various measures to increase the education rate of the country and prevent premature dropout of students. Currently, a 100% free textbook distribution program has been launched for all schools up to the 5th standard and women’s education up to the twelfth standard.
In spite of all this, it can be seen that most of the boys and girls of the village are not going to school and many are dropping out even after going to school. One of the reasons for this is that the parents are unable to provide the other accessories required for their children’s education, pens, bags, uniforms, travel expenses, etc. The students are being worked on. They are being provided with financial support and other facilities including a pen, guidebook, and school bag. So far, the organization has enabled about 250 students to continue their education through various forms of support.

Education and Skill-Building: In addition providing food, education, and skill-building programs can enable destitute and orphaned children to break the cycle of poverty. These programs can focus on equipping children with necessary life skills, vocational training, or knowledge related to agriculture and food production so that they can Be subject to self-reliance.
