Karnafully Foundation has managed a significant number of clients through 6 ongoing development projects with its own funding which has directly reached 3218 beneficiaries out of which 3057 are women.

KF has built a versatile team of communication and development professionals with diverse backgrounds such as development studies, economics, accounting, commerce, agriculture, fisheries, veterinary, business administration, Agroforestry, and environmental science graduates. KF recruits the best graduates from the country’s leading universities. KF’s management team brings together 5-30 years of experience in development projects. KF is a role model for employee development and takes a flexible approach to management to provide opportunities for learning and development to every employee. Currently, KF has 30 employees and KF’s strength lies in its employees who belong to the target communities, especially the communities in the hilly and coastal regions of the south-east part of Bangladesh.

Development Experiences
At a Glance on-going work in sector-based programs are as follows
KF is starting its operations to eradicate extreme poverty from the south-eastern part of Bangladesh. Being a development organization, KF focuses on high-value fruit crops, Fisheries, livestock, on-farm, and off-farm activities, Adolescent health & hygiene, Childhood care & education, leadership development, and climate-resilient activities to improve the livelihood of targeted people.
